Welcome to OM Soft Solution. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Google Workspace-related services and your relationship with us as a valued customer. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. Our goal is to provide transparent, reliable, and customer-focused services, so we ask that you review the following points carefully before proceeding.

As an authorized provider of Google Workspace setup, licenses, and support in India, OM Soft Solution offers businesses a streamlined way to access Google’s productivity tools along with personalized onboarding and technical assistance. Our services include domain configuration, user account creation, migration support, license renewal, and more. To use our services, users must be at least 18 years of age or legally authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of an organization. All users must agree to abide by both our terms and Google’s Workspace policies.

We believe in clarity and accountability. Below are some key points outlining how we operate:

Service & Billing

Google Workspace licenses are billed either monthly or annually based on your selected plan (Starter, Standard, Plus, or Enterprise).
All payments must be made in advance to activate or renew your service.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access or additional charges.
License fees are non-refundable once activated unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during account setup.
You agree not to use Google Workspace for spam, illegal distribution, or unauthorized data collection.
Sharing or reselling of licenses outside your organization is strictly prohibited.

Support & Warranty

OM Soft Solution provides support via phone, email, and ticketing during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST).
We offer help with setup, basic troubleshooting, and service guidance.
Any service-level interruptions or product bugs related to Google’s platform fall under Google’s jurisdiction and terms.

Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not access or use your emails, files, or internal data except with your explicit consent for troubleshooting or migration. Your content is stored securely on Google’s infrastructure and is governed by their Privacy Policy. However, we strongly advise all clients to maintain their own regular backups and adhere to internal security protocols.

Cancellation & Termination

You may request to cancel services at any time, but please note:

Active licenses are billed until the end of their term and cannot be refunded mid-cycle.
OM Soft Solution reserves the right to terminate or suspend services due to misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

Ownership & Rights

All trademarks, logos, and product names (including “Google Workspace”) are owned by their respective companies. OM Soft Solution does not claim ownership over Google’s intellectual property and acts solely as a service and support provider.

Policy Updates

We may revise these terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
